Great value on annual plan

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal for our small business. I opted for the annual billing option for Email Signature Management for Microsoft 365, which saved us a decent percentage compared to monthly. The 14-day free trial let me test everything out thoroughly before committing, which was a big plus. The pricing per user felt fair for the features we got. Overall, I feel like we got good value for our money.

Good product, minor setup issues

I purchased the Email Signature Management for Microsoft 365 a few weeks ago. The core functionality is solid; we got our company-wide signatures deployed and looking consistent pretty quickly. The Signature Designer is fairly intuitive once you get the hang of it. My only real gripe was the initial setup documentation for M365 integration felt a bit scattered. I had to jump between a few articles to get it all right. Customer service was helpful when I called, but it took a day to get a response.

Consistent service, reliable results

We've been using Exclaimer for a couple of years now, mostly for Microsoft 365 signatures. This last renewal for our Multi-brand Signature Management was as smooth as always. I appreciate that the platform remains stable and new features like the Signature Analytics have been genuinely useful. It's why we keep coming back; you know exactly what you're getting, and it just works.

Has anyone used both Exclaimer and CodeTwo? Trying to decide which one is better for a company with about 100 employees using M365.

S Steven P. 1 month ago
We switched from CodeTwo to Exclaimer last year. Exclaimer's interface felt a lot more intuitive for designing the signatures, especially for non-tech people. Setup was pretty straightforward too.

Honestly, both are solid. I think Exclaimer integrates a bit smoother with Azure AD for user management, but CodeTwo isn't bad either. Might come down to specific features you need or pricing at that scale.

My company is pretty small right now, like 8 people. Does Exclaimer charge per user, or is it more of a flat fee thing? Just trying to figure out budget.

J Justin Gomez 1 week ago
It's per user, yeah. So if your team grows, the cost will go up with it. But you can usually add more users mid-subscription which is handy.

They bill per active user. I think it's a fair model, you only pay for what you actually use.

Is there any way to get a specific promo code for Exclaimer? I've seen some mentions online but can't find anything that actually works.

B Ben Williams 2 weeks ago
Nah, specific promo codes are super rare. Afaik, it's mostly through sales reps for bigger companies or special reseller deals. Your best bet is the free trial then annual billing for a discount.

Don't waste time looking for coupon codes, I never found any. Just do the trial and if you like it, commit to a year for the savings.

How long does the free trial last for Exclaimer? And what happens after it's over, do they just auto-charge you?

A Abigail Evans 2 weeks ago
It's a 14-day free trial. They don't auto-charge, you have to actively choose a plan and set up billing if you want to continue using it. Your signatures just stop working otherwise.

S Sam Baker 2 weeks ago
Yeah, 2 weeks. It's not a trap, they won't charge your card without you signing up for a paid plan. Just stops working unless you convert.

Thinking about Exclaimer for my small business, but wondering if there's any way to get a discount? Seems like pricing is pretty standard.

S Sean P. 1 month ago
Yeah, they mostly do the free trial then you convert. I got a little off for annual billing though, saved like 15-20% compared to paying monthly.

Check if you're a non-profit or in education, sometimes they have specific discounts for those. Other than that, probably just the yearly deal.
